PRS Opportunities - Could you be our next committee member?

We have two exciting roles available to sit on the Physiotherapy Research Society Executive Committee!

These opportunities provide a great opportunity to develop your own research network, develop your research pillar, as well as scope to develop and hone skills in the pillars of education and leadership.

 

Equality, Diversity and Belonging (EDB) Officer

We believe that encouraging equality, diversity and belonging is the role of our whole committee. This role involves working with an collaborating with the committee on projects, funding applications, and conference planning to support us in optimising equality, diversity and belonging. Abstract Secretary

Our current abstract secretary is leaving following our April conference this year. This is an opportunity to initially shadow the work of our current abstract secretary, and take over the role formally in April 2025. The abstract secretary is responsible for organising the call for abstracts, as well abstract management and organising our peer review process ahead of our annual conference which is held in April this year. Our abstract secretary works in close collaboration with our conference organiser to support the smooth operation of the conference with regards to content planning and organisation.
