Conference Overview

The PRS Annual Conference is one of the primary activities organised by the Society.

For the first time last year, our conference was a hybrid event, with the opportunity to attend and network in person or attend virtually

Each year, the Society organises a scientific conference, usually in the late Spring. The Society aims to hold the meetings in different locations throughout the UK.

The meetings disseminate physiotherapy research and highlight topics relevant to physiotherapy research. They are designed to encompass a range of experience from the most experienced leaders in a field to those new to research. The Society welcomes new researchers such as those who have recently completed Undergraduate or Masters research projects and who would wish to present their research work, as well as experienced researchers.

Our conference is an important networking and academic event, facilitating valuable national and international links to be established

We provide a platform for both novice and experienced researchers to share their findings across a wide range of physiotherapy-related topics

We host keynote speakers from a range of research backgrounds and experience, who discuss hot topics and provide valuable insight of their own perspectives on research

The audience are usually a mixture of clinicians, clinical academics, and researchers
