PRS Conference 2024 'Pathways to Successful Research'

We are delighted to be heading to Bournemouth at AECC University College on Friday 12th April, where we will be hosting our #PRS2024 conference!

Our conference theme this year is 'Pathways to successful research'

The PRS conference is a hybrid event, with delegates attending both face to face and virtually.

Our conference venue:

AECC University College in Bournemouth provides an historic backdrop to our event, with the stunning grade II listed building at the Parkwood Campus, where the PRS Conference will be taking place.  For over 50 years, AECC University College have been leaders in in providing education in musculoskeletal health and wellbeing and their expertise spans areas in chiropractic, physiotherapy; psychology; sports, exercise and health science; radiology and imaging sciences, AECC Bournemouth are excited to be hosting the PRS conference for the very first time in 2024.

Our keynote speakers:

We are delighted to share that our keynote speakers for #PRS2024 are Dr Harriet Shannon of University College London, Dr Gita Ramdharry of National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, UCLH, and Professor Lisa Roberts of University of Southampton and University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.

Supporting research:

At this year's conference, we are excited to welcome students and newly qualified physiotherapists who have submitted their project work and been successful in winning a bursary to attend #PRS2024 and share their work with us in the form of poster presentations. This funding has been made possible by collaboration of the PRS and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
